The majority of our competitions run for a 9 week term. This allows us to match you with the right standard of player for fun and challenging games. If you just want to play casually you can join our "Open Play" sessions on Sunday which are booked and paid for each week you attend.​

PROGRAM FAQ's
What happens if can't attend a class?
If you notify us through the system with 3 hours notice you will receive a "Make-up Token". This can be used for other term classes or for casual sessions on Sundays and in the school holidays.
What happens if class is cancelled (e.g.due to rain)?
Term program classes will run in week 10 and in the school holidays (in the case of more than 1 cancellation). If you have booked a casual session you will be issued with a makeup token that you can use to book another class at a time that suits you.
How do I enrol in a term program?
You will need to create a student account and pay for your term session before attending. Once enrolled, you will be automatically re-billed at the end of term for the following term unless you have cancelled your enrollment.
How do I cancel my term enrollment?
Enrollments for the following term are automatically rolled over and direct debited to allow us to confirm class numbers and plan sessions. If you would need to unenroll you can let us know by logging in to your customer portal and clicking the enrollment button.
How do I join casual sessions?
Our casual sessions are run on Sundays and you can book online in the customer portal by either using one of your "Makeup tokens" or paying for the class via Credit card.
