Use this page to get step by step instructions on how to perform some of the most common actions in our Customer portal and mobile app.

HOw DO I Buy a Casual Pass?

Casual passes can be purchased through our Proshop. Once purchased they can be used to join casual coaching and competition sessions run on Sundays and during school holidays.

Step 1 - Download App

Download the iclassPro App (optional) or click here to open your customer portal.

Step 2 - Setup Account

Login to your Customer Portal and create an account, setting yourself
up as a "student".

Step 3 - Select pass

Visit our Proshop and select Passes. Click on the type of pass for the session you are attending

Step 4 - Purchase Pass

Select the Student who will be using the pass and enter your payment details.

How Do I BOOK A CASUAL SESSION?

Once you have purchased a casual passes you can use it to book into a casual session using the customer portal or the mobile app.
Once casual sessions are booked you are not able to receive a credit for non-attendance.

Step 1 - Login to Account

Login to either the iclassPro App or use your customer portal and click "Passes".

Step 2 - Select pass

Click "Use for Class" to select which session you want to book.

Step 3 - Choose date

Click on the calendar to select the date of the session to book.

Step 4 - Book in class

Select a session with availability and click "Punch in".

How Do I Record a Future absence?

If you are enrolled in a term program but are unable to attend a class you may advise us through the system and receive a make-up token for the class. Note absences must be recorded 3 hours before the class begins and tokens will be credited after the class has run.

Step 1 - Login to Account

Login to either the iclassPro App or use your customer portal and click "Future Absences"

Step 2 - Select period

Select "By date" to record the day/s you are unable to attend class.

Step 3 - Choose date

Click on the calendar to select the date of the session you wish to record an absence for.

Step 4 - Submit Absence

Click "Submit" to record your absence. The token will appear once the class has been run.

How Do I Use a Makeup Token?

If you have received a makeup token due to recording an absence at least 3 hours prior to the class being run you can use the token for a free class in a similar session. If you are unsure of the available classes to book you can click each date to see the makeup class options. Note: The Makeup button will only appear if you have a Makeup Token to use.

Step 1 - Login to Account

Step 2 - Select Token

Select "Use Makeup Token" to select the token you want to use.

Step 3 - Choose date

Click on the calendar to select the date of the session you wish to book.

Step 4 - Book class

Click on the class you want to book and click "Use Makeup token"
